Morbid Obese and Adjustable Beds/Lifts

(Hope this is in the right place - if not my apologies in advance!)
I was wondering if anyone out there on the morbid obese side purchased an adjustable lift/bed and has enjoyed the experience?
I purchased one in March and have really never had a good night's sleep since then.
I am experiencing more swollen legs and feet than I did before the adjustable lift.
I bought the new bed in efforts to stop SLEEPING ON MY FACE lol, as I found at my current size when flat I cannot sleep on my back (bad, throaty snore). So, I've been sleeping on back, with the head of the bed fully elevated, as well as the feet - and I've been hating it every day that I've had it. It did not relieve any issues I had. I had hoped it would bring a more restorative sleep, and help me wake with more energy, etc. NOT THE CASE.
So - last night, I said I was going to just go back to face sleeping (lol), and this a.m. my legs were better. (not perfect, but better than they've been). I'm going to sleep on my stomach again tonight, and I hope the issue continues to improve. I just hate that I'm out almost $3,000 for a bed that is likely still going to require me to sleep on my face for comfort lol.
So - just shooting the idea off here, see if anyone can share their experiences with adjustable lifts/beds?
Thanks!
