Hey guys, I'm trying to bulk and I'm having optimum mass gainer, I've split it up to 3 a day by having 100g for the powder and about 300ml possibly more full fat milk, so having this 3 times a day. So I wanted to find out, is having this much milk a day, bad for me??

Well, it depends on how concerned you are about keeping in calcium guidelines. An 8 ounce glass of milk as 30% daily value for calcium. It sounds to me like you're getting around 100% from milk, which is not a problem at all. However, there is a UL (Upper Limit) set for calcium. It calculates to be 200% daily value. If you average above that for a long time (several weeks) it could theoretically cause issues, but it's important to remember that everyone's different in how much they can have before issues occur.1
