Allergy developed - need natural fat suggestions!

Hi all! A few years back I had great success going Primal, cutting way back on grains and sugars and adding natural fats to my diet. I don't particularly like avocados, but I'd toss them into smoothies and that was a great way to get the huge benefits of avocados. Over time and a few pregnancies I put weight back on and am now ready to lose it again, but after the crazy hormonal and chemical changes that accompany pregnancies, I am all of a sudden allergic to avocado. Grrr.

Could anyone recommend other foods that contain high levels of natural fat? Thank you!

    Coconut butter, butter, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, cheese, nuts, egg yolk, olive, olive oil, bacon...mmm now I am hungry! :D

    Beef tongue is about 70% fat. And cheap. And tasty.

    Salmon
    Olives

    Sesame seeds, tahini, and sesame oil, flax seeds and their pressed oil, hemp seeds.
