1. Is it best to work out first or eat breakfast first in the am?
2. Is it Ok to drink a whey protein shake on days you Dont work out?
3. When is it beat to drink a protein shake? In the am...before a work out... After a work out?

    1. Meal timing is preferential, as far as body composition, it does not matter when you eat. Try out different things and see how your energy level is.

    3. Refer to number 1. As long as you get all your calories and macronutrients in by the end of the day, you're all good. There is no substantial scientific data that supports the existence of a post workout nutrient window.
