I have a lot of food that I bought in bulk. I am trying to lose weight but have freezer and closets full of foods. So just was wondering if anyone else is in this situation. I am still counting cal. But Daughter tells me to eat, whole grain macaroni. Like I said I have bulk pasta in the cabinet.
Oh and some pre made meals.
What do u all think.

What do I think of what? It's great that you have food. You don't need to eat whole grain macaroni. Eat the one you like best. It doesn't matter for weight loss.0

^That. Food type can matter for overall health, and can affect how full you feel (200 calories of chocolate don't last as long as 200 calories of chicken), but for sheer weight loss it is calories in versus calories out.
Eat the bulk pasta. It won't magically cancel out any vegetables and lean protein you eat.1
