Calories (or WW Points) Per Day

Hi! I'm in need of advice! I run about 25-30 miles/week and have a pace between 8:45-9:15. I also do weight training 1 hour, twice a week. I use heavier weights and not little girlie 5 lbs deals...
I don't think I'm eating enough for the amount of energy I exert. Yes, I could play with it and try varying each week, but I'm looking for a guide.
I do Weight Watchers, and I have my daily points and it seems that when I'm being "good" and eating a portion of Weekly Points (WPs) and no "Activity Points" (APs), I don't lose. That makes me think I need to eat all my WPs and some/all of my APs. That seems like a LOT of food!
Is there anyone else here that runs that much and at that pace and does weight training and can offer help with how much they eat per day?
I eat clean. I'm 5'2", female and currently 145 lbs. I want to lose 10 lbs and sustain that. I drink half my body weight in ounce of water and love my coffee black.
Any advice would really be awesome. Thank you!

I had a friend doing WW, and she was in a similar position. She was reluctant to switch to calorie and macro counting, because she was in the full program and meetings. They are very supportive, so that is hard to replace for many people. After counting on MFP, we discovered her actual calorie count was too high from eating too many of the zero point items. She is still doing WW, but she is making the adjustments and seeing progress now.0
