Congratulations on the weight loss!!! That's awesome. I'm on day 30 of trying to change my lifestyle of eating healthier, counting calories, moving more. I don't have scales to weight and I'm not measuring. In the past, I was so obsessed with the scales that I weighted every hour and was so discouraged if it went up, so decided that, for now, I wasn't going to weight. I'm still waiting to see any changes in my clothes, BUT, I know that my body has to be better for doing this, even if I can't tell yet. How are things for you this week? Hoping you are doing good. me
