3 month abs

Hi all,
I'm following a macros eating plan in my quest for abs for my 40th. My target is September, to at least have made noticeable changes.
Anyone else use this? I'm loving it, but need new foodie ideas :D

    Fat loss, which comes from a calorie deficit, it what will provide you abs. Macros support muscle retention, energy, satiety, and much more. If you goal is to have a lean defined body, I would recommend a moderate deficit, a good resistance program (like one of these) and adequate protein (~.8g per lb of body weight).
