I've tried to lose weight many times, but I was so focused on my target weight that it beacame overwhelming and I gave up. This time a have a different strategy: yesterdays mistakes/fails don't count, because I cannot do anything about them. Tomorrow? well, it's actually nothing to do with it either. But TODAY COUNTS. Today I can do something (to make my "tomorrow" better). So I am focused on small goals: one, maybe two a day, not more than that! I'm setting up small challenges every day. Nothing to "fancy", just something that helps me get off the couch. If you also think this way so ADD ME as you MFP-friend! I really believe in team work and small-step-progress :):)
