Okay guys. So since I started back with MFP I started to do wall push-ups since there is no way on this earth I can do a regular push up on the floor just yet. I've done a minute long both days a couple of times a day. I am hoping to build up my strength and then will move to something a little lower and eventually the ground.

Anyone else with me?

After your comftorable with doing them on the wall, you can add a resistance band behind your back attached to your hands while doing them. This will get your stabilizer muscles firing and used to a resistance!

I have just discovered press ups using a stability ball. I have weak wrists and can't do regular press ups but with a stability ball you can vary the amount of weight you put on your arms compared to your body depending on how strong you are feeling. They are more fun than regular press ups and it works your core well too.
