I love sweets and pasta bread

So I am finding it hard do not eat any of those things I haven't I started my diet 2 weeks ago I have lost so far for pounds

    You can eat anything you want. Just make it fit into your calorie goal

    Figure out how these things fit now, and you are one step closer to future management.
