Food is a big part of why we're all here on MFP but liquids figure into the picture too. When I first started using MFP in July 2015, it was a month of just logging. Diet modification didn't start until a month later in August. Since then my tastes have changed greatly. I used to drink diet soda (pop for the Midwesterners) now it's plain water. I used to like diet iced tea (e.g. Lipton Diet Green Tea) and now I drink Trade Winds or Trader Joe's unsweetened tea. Give me the flavored sparkling waters by the gallon, now I just prefer Hint water with touch of natural flavoring. I even went from agave nectar to sugar-free syrup - I'm going back to agave! I already told everyone that I've gone from 2% to 1% milk and haven't looked back. Never been a big drinker of either fruit juice or alcohol (juice in alcohol??) because of a desire not to ingest empty calories.

What changed? I don't know. Has anyone else on MFP had a similar experience?
