No impact workouts

I'm currently recovering from a torn meniscus and have received some physical therapy exersises to do but I also got the OK to incorporate other no impact and non weight bearing routines now and see how it goes. I really need some suggestions.
I used to hike and do Insanity which are both still not allowed and the yoga program I used to love has balancing poses I just can't do right now. I'm considering rejoining a gym for the stationary bike and to start weight training. I really miss my work outs.

If you can find in in your area, aqua jog is completely non impact. It mimics running but in deep water.1
