Okay, I'll throw this out there. For my birthday a few months back, I finally broke down and made America's Test Kitchen's Chocolate-Espresso Dacquoise that I had been wanting to attempt to make for many many years. It turned out amazing, but since it took me three days to make it (and I really prefer savory over sweet), it will be a very long time before it ever gets made again. Hehe
