Picnic food ideas. Naughty or nice!

Hey everyone! I'm planning a picnic for my husband Monday. We are going to an outdoor concert. For the cocktail, I'm making a mezcal grapefruit concoction and bringing wine. Any food ideas? You don't need to post a full recipe if you don't feel like it. Just menu ideas are fine.

They don't need to be healthy. I will work around it that day. We can bring a cooler. The park is 20 minutes from our house so hot or cold food is ok. We eat everything. And I have all day Monday to cook.

Cook some big prawns and serve with cocktail sauce and lemon. Or a cold pasta salad with lots of veggies and parmesean in it, or fried chicken with potato salad, or smoked salmon with cheeses, grapes, crackers, or... the choices are endless

    cheesecake stuffed strawberries

    1 package Strawberries, fresh
    1/4 tsp Almond extract
    1/4 cup Confectioner's sugar
    1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 8 oz block Cream cheese
Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and extracts together. Pipe into strawberries. I top mine with graham cracker crumbs. Last time I chocolate-dipped the strawberries after filling. Original recipe says to top with a blueberry. Makes a nice treat.

I love this idea! I can get my fix of cheesecake without eating a ton of calories.
