Making Double Meals-- Freezer Crock pot meals

For those of you who maybe making double meals I happened across a blog today called lovingmynest.com.....She is not dieting just trying to be a frugal stay at home mom. Any way she has a several receipes and ideas for freezer crock pot meals. You chopped, and prepare the meal as if you are getting it ready for the crock pot instead you throw it all in a freezer bag and freeze it. She double and triples her recipes.
I thought this may help anyone making double meals one for yourself and then one for your family. Or even busy families in general.
