Hi there!

Im Liam, Male, 30, from Leeds in the UK.

As work got busier and my trips to the gym reduced... my weight went up and my clothes shrunk... all very strange!

Anyway as i tight (not as tight as my clothes) yorkshireman, i refuse to buy bigger clothes so i need to get thinner! Some support during the journey would be great and ill try to help as much in return as possible.

Welcome! haha my clothes also had that problem of "shrinking in the wash" but they changed their tune now
