Weight Loss Plan

So my original goal for the end of the year was to lose twenty pounds, which I made in January. At that time I was about 148 and right now I'm about 145. I decided to make small milestones instead of one big goal. So by the end of summer I want to weigh 135-137ish. By the end of October I want to be 132-134. Then my weight loss will slow down a little because of the holidays of course. I will probably set the weight loss goal on MFP to maintain for those few months. However, I'm hoping to keep it under control and maybe lose a few more pounds like 130-132 if I exercise enough. So about 15 more pounds by the end of the year. Is this possible to lose that much weight for someone my size.

It seems like a reasonable plan actually.
Edit: You are losing at a slow enough rate for steady weight loss. You should be fine.0 -
That averages about 1/2 lb a week so it seems feasible. Good luck!0
