    Hi everyone, I'm MsCommanderShepard. As you can probably tell I love video games, especially RPGs. I also love food and all kinds of sedentary "activities" which is why I am here. I have lots of weight to lose so I will be here a while. Looking forward to reading your posts and being part of your fat loss journey.
