I slipped a disc in my back 2 years ago. I have a about 5 stone to lose I've already lost 2 (14lbs to a stone for those of you that like what's a stone lol)
Anyway in the past I've always exercised to loose weight always had much better results. I just generally do at home workouts jillian Michaels etc.
Due to my back I'm scared to over do it and damage myself more I walk as much so I van for exercise at the moment I'm a mum of 2 so damaging my back wouldn't be the best lol.

Any advice on what exercise I should attempt any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance

Ask your gp to refer you to a physiotherapy dept. They will look at your history where you are now and give you a regime.

Definitely get exercises from physical therapy. Good luck.
