A while back I posted a request for tips for staying on track while on vacation. I received many useful ones - and I took bits and pieces from everyone's suggestions. I drank two glasses of water between each mojito (LOL), I played IN the pool instead of sitting AROUND the pool, I ordered fish (abundant on Florida's Gulf coast) and veggies when dining out, and most importantly - I didn't sweat it and had a good time. Left my workout clothes at home even. A week later, to my delight and surprise, I came home one pound lighter. So thank you.
