    no strict diet plan, just always being careful with my serving size and what I eat.
    I track my food Monday-Friday and go to the gym 5 days a week. I don't track on the weekends but i'm always trying to be careful and aware.
    its been a slow process, but as i say its a marathon not a sprint. I still have more to loose, but I've changed my whole life style, even quit smoking too!
    I love weight lifting and I love running!
