Strength gains!!

Hey MFP.
My name is Tyler from AZ. I've only been lifting for two weeks but love the impact it is having in my life. I currently weigh in at 164 pounds and look to bulk to 180-190 in the next 8 months. I'm also focusing on strength instead of aesthetics. My routine is a modified Westside barbell routine where I work out 4 days a week with two max effort days and two speed days. I shoot to stay active for at least 15 minutes on my rest days whether it be stretching or an an workout.
I'm shooting for 3700 calories in workout out days and 3200 on rest days. I eat so much because I work a very active job through out the day for a extended hours. I'm shooting for 40-30-30 when it comes to my macros. My diet I'm just starting to refine and am working on.
Looking for great motivated friends to keep me in track.
