How to gain less weight

I am going on holiday for a week with my family to celebrate a wedding. Because it is vacation, there will be lots of alcohol and party food.

I don't necessarily want to diet, but what are some tips I can include to gain less weight? I need to get back on board as soon as I get home.

Maybe
-drink 3 glasses of water for every glass of alcohol or soda?
-exercise every day?
-just have one fancy meal a day?

    Yip, sounds like you're on the right track. Another tip is fresh over fried - so chose fresh veggies/ grilled options over fried/ pastries and party foods.
