Sometimes I think I'm crazy, but I swear I can feel my body changing. Not in the sense that is normally talked about... Looser clothing, more strength, or enhanced mobility, etc..
It is a tightening different from newly used muscles. An inward suction to make room as things are pulled inward. The body rearranging itself as the structure is condensed. Generally focused on one specific area and always followed by a drop on the scale.
Perhaps it is a connection to the body awareness I had during the years I taught yoga. Or maybe it is only my imagination.
Can anyone else feel it?
