Gluten Free on Insanity Diet???

Hi All, I'm just about to start doing the Insanity Fitness and Nutrition program, but I'm a bit stuck as the nutrition is quite heavy in whole grains and I have to follow a completely gluten free diet.
Has anyone had experience of this before... ideas/substitutes with similar nutritional values?
