Hi. I am Jill. 52. Wife, mother of 3, Nana of 3.
I work as a same day courier, this takes me all over the UK at some very unusual hours, I do take food with me but if I'm away more than a day I then struggle to make good food choices. When you're exhausted it's sometimes hard to resist the junk! Anyone else in this position? Motivation and tips please x

Drink plenty of water. Snack on fruit. Make up crust less quiches as they are filling.0
