Hi All,
I'm just about to start doing the Insanity Fitness and Nutrition program, but I'm a bit stuck as the nutrition is quite heavy in whole grains and I have to follow a completely gluten free diet.
Has anyone had experience of this before... ideas/substitutes with similar nutritional values?
Also, I'm just plain scared about the workouts!!! Any tips etc you could offer??
Thanks!

Hey.
I'm on insanity atm, but not following the diet 100% just keeping my calories up an my protein, as I can't control what I eat.
You could look into Gluten free alternatives likes gluten free bread etc. or look into getting oat bread as the program advocates oats
Maybe even consider a portion of rice as an alterternative?0
