Really, just put them in the crockpot with some other veggies & some seasonings you like,
turn it on low (or set the timer) and go do whatever you do the rest of the day.
    Come back & have dinner.

That's about it. To keep the chicken breast as tender as possible, I do recommend adding extra water to the slow cooker. If you can afford the calories, add a half cup of vermouth.

Afterwards, I use the liquid as a base for soup.

The important thing is to put the potatoes on the bottom of the crock pot. Put the chicken on top of the potatoes. :)

This one might be easy to follow:

(Leave out the garlic if you do not want it)

Put whole potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot, scrubbed but not peeled. Wrap chicken breasts tightly in foil with herbs, spices, garlic, pesto, whatever you like and sit the parcels on top of the potatoes. Add a little water to the bottom of the pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Crock pot potatoes are tasty, but tend to be a bit brown. Be prepared. Also, this is not the best crock pot recipe ever, because chicken breast is not a great crock pot meat, it's too tender and tends to disintegrate. Chicken legs or thighs would work much better.

Water 3/4 of crock pot filled
    Raw cubed chicken breast
    Cut up potatoes
    Diced carrots, celery and onions
Salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
(Frozen corn and peas if you want)

    Taste....

Add more seasoning an hour before done!
    Really good
