Prioritization

Copying this from my facebook fitness page because I think it's an important and quick message. This will be obvious to some of you but my experience is that people can understand this conceptually yet still fail to implement it.
So what I'm getting at is, even if you're scrolling past this thinking "well, duh", you may benefit by taking a moment to think about this and how it may apply to you.
It can get awfully easy to get wrapped up in things that are pretty trivial while missing things that are fundamentally important.
Are you getting enough good quality sleep?
Are you eating mostly whole and nutritious foods?
Are your calories reasonable?
How's your anxiety?
Are you physically active?
Are you generally happy?
Certainly this isn't a complete list but if the above items are out of place in your life and you're worried about aspartame (for example), you should probably re-prioritize.

I find sleep and proper mental care to be so important when taking care of my physical health! I have anxiety which can translate into some weird dreams and restless nights. I like this list, it puts things in perspective!0
