    Gefilte fish

Jewish soul food! My friend and I refer to gefilte fish as "Spish" because it is essentially the Spam of fish. As Spam is a chopped, seasoned ham that is molded into a loaf, gefilte fish is chopped, seasoned fish molded into a loaf (or more frequently balls).

I'll eat chopped liver and gefilte fish, but I'd hardly put them on a list of favorite foods.

I do love black licorice, and I know that is a pretty polarizing flavor. And add me to team brussels sprouts (especially roasted with a little grated parmesan)

I actually love the chopped liver, because it reminds me of family and getting together. Gefilte fish I like, not love. It's an acquired taste.

Black licorice I cannot even smell without getting a migraine.

I am going to throw in anchovies! I love the briney zest it adds to pastas, pizza, etc.
Also like chicken liver, gizzards, Brussels sprouts, sauerkraut, sardines.
Have never tried balut, so I reserve judgement, but I draw the line at Spam!!
    Spam is just vile!!

Black licorice for sure. Brussels sprouts and liver are just fine too.

I'm surprised to see sushi in this thread, I didn't think anyone hated it.

Uni (Sea Urchin) is one of my favorites. Most people don't care for it.

Tomato slices with sugar on them.

Don't get to try really exotic foods too often...I live in a house where they think cream cheese or yogurt is gross. Trying to get my family to try new things is hard.

I don't like eating lobster out of principle

They should kill them before they cook them

Many chefs do... with a quick knife cut directly into the head. I've seen about a 50/50 split between live boiling and the knife kill.

My husband loves pork brains and eggs. I used to like it when we were younger, but just can't eat it anymore. I make it for every now and then and he thinks its the best breakfast ever. lol.
