Preworkout mango-strawberry shake

Makes 1 serving

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup skim milk..or soy milk, almond milk..whatever you like
1 scoop of whey protein

Put it in a blender, blend until smooth...enjoy!
