Stubborn Belly Fat

Hey guys! I was wondering if any of you have any tips to offer in terms of losing more fat off the waist? This is one of my biggest problem areas and a close second is back fat(I have all those rolls. lovely.) The weight just won't leave these places at all. Any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance!

Keep doing what you've been doing. There's no way to target specific areas.
For many people, belly fat is the last to go. Just stick with it

Ditto. Eat at a slight deficit, exercise, log everything you ingest into MFP. Just enjoy the journey and enjoy the small accomplishments. Unfortunately, there is no way to focus your fat loss in a particular area. All we can do is work to lose fat and it will come off from where it wants to.1
