Insanity Question

Hey,

I'm on week 4 of Insanity, and like some haven't yet seen either my inches are weight fly off. I'm jut curious as to why it starts taking affect in the second month or right at the end.
Also I was wondering, if you ate a pizza everyday, then started Insanity and ate and pizza plus 2 slices of chocolate cake and a banana for good measure (which miraculously is the exact number of calories u worked out u need to intake for the insanity workout lol), considering the nature of the exercize and okay u r eating the wrong foods but u r not eating more than usual, wouldn't u still see result?

Obv the pizza thing is a hypothetical question, I'm just curious

    Not sure if i get this right, you are asking if it is okay to eat junk food while working out and wondering if you will still get results if you burn the same number of calories of your junk food?

    You are not seeing any results after 4 weeks, are you eating the right amount of calories and getting your macros right??

    Any cheat meals?
  • Yea! Thats a much simpler way of putting it.
    What if u ate junk food like pizza, chips, cake etc. for every meal everyday but within your calorie limits?


    Calories wise I'm eating the number recomended to me.
    Cheat meals wise, not very often. I was bad this week and had a cake bar and a bag of 86calorie french fries in the evening because it was like holidays for me, but other than that I drink my protein shakes, try keep my protein high, try not too eatch too much processed foods. I know I am more hungry more often so I snack on fruits and recently bought cottage cheese for breakfast and lunch
  • (srry smthign occured to me. I found that after 4 weeks of weekly exercize which was less intense and eating proccessed foods, cakes, take-aways etc. 3 years ago I lost so much more than recently when I am doing intense activity and eating clear 93% of the time)
