I need to know what exactly the general tips for losing weight
Ive been eating below 1500 calorie a day
And exercising regularly but i asked so i make sure im not missing anything

Are you sure you're eating 1500? Do you weigh all your food with a digital scale?

I calculate the calories in food i eat , and yes i measure things by gram and so on
I'm 5'3" tall , 152.5 pounds and i started exercising everyday since 7 days0
