What do I set them to? Right now mine are 25/45/30. A low carb diet. I thought that would be best. But am I wrong? Should I lower the fat or protein and raise the carbs. I eat anywhere from 1100-1500 calories a day. I currently weigh 224. I don't know what other information to give. But I want to lose 2lbs a week. Before it was set to a high carb and low protein diet. I've lost 15.8 lbs so far with that. Should I stick with what I had? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

I would go with what works for you. I have 25c/30p/45f because it works for me. I feel full, don't feel deprived and it fits with my pcos, insulin resistance and low vit d.

How much protein you need - or rather, can utilize - is a hot topic, but 0.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight at normal weight is often recommended as a minimum; half that amount is considered a minimum for fat, and the rest of your calories can be whatever you choose. It's important that your diet (what you eat) fits you, and that you don't stress yourself out trying to adhere to some diet that is hard to implement into your schedule, or collides with your preferences or your faith.

An appropriate amount of calories is what matters for weight loss. There is no best diet. Any diet that provides you with what you need and not too much of anything is a good diet. So choose a diet/macro split that you can stick to.
