Missed a training session

Hello, I was supposed to go to the gym and train legs, I could not go because I had a migraine, today was my off day but because I have things planned tomorrow, I was going to go today, I had a headache, I train legs on Monday, what shall I do, shall I train legs next Monday or train them this tuesday which will put my schedule off.

I say train legs Tuesday and don't be so strict about scheduling. Life happens and sometimes you have to let it. I take very few rest days, but when I do they're almost always unscheduled.
