How can I track my steps manually without having to put minutes in since I wear the tracker all day and it doesn't track the minutes.

Your tracker doesn't sync with mfp?0

No it doesn't.0

If it's a consistent number (or close to), you should change your activity level instead of logging as exercise.0

I'm not sure MFP allows you to manually enter steps in a "Step Counter" type of fashion.0

Have a look at this, you may have to adjust your activity level as you cant manually add steps here.

This site may also help you. The easiest way would be the buy a fitness tracker that syncs with MFP. The fitbit zip is only around $70. It's what I started out with, and worked well.
