Look into Volumetrics if that is your thing. I struggled for years trying to eat low fat/low cal/high volume; I'm much more satisfied on smaller amounts of more calorie dense/tasty food.1

I second the recommendation of Volumetrics (Barbara Rolls is the author of several books). To be fair, food that is less calorie dense can still be used to prepare very tasty meals.0

Air popped popcorn, low starch vegetables such as greens, cabbage, spinach, celery, carrots, etc and high fiber low calorie fruits such as apples, pineapples, oranges, etc.0

Lol, it came out a little wrong, but yes, I eat both calorie dense and less calorie dense food, and it's all delicious0
