Weightloss goal: 90lbs

Hey, I'm starting my weightloss journey after gaining almost 50 pounds in the last year and a half. I was on a lot of medications for anxiety and sleep deprivation as well as depo (almost 6 years!). I started out at 160lbs and ended at 210lbs. I'm currently at 205lbs after 3 weeks of calorie counting and 1 week of cardio workouts. Any advice, suggestions and support is welcome! Thanks!

    Hello! I've been using MFP since March 20 and in that time I've dropped 40.8 pounds!! I know it sounds like a lot (and it is and I'm happy about it) but I still have 30-40 to go. At my heaviest I was 268. When I started MFP I was less than that, but still way too heavy. Calorie counting makes me feel accountable. I have other friends using it and we've all been successful. Good luck to you in your new life. I'll "friend" you and we can encourage each other.
