Help! Frustration with lack of structure...not losing weight

Okay, so basically I was losing weight but recently it seems that my work is hampering me. I work 12 hour shifts working both day and night shifts at a mill. I do physical work, so there's no way I can work out on a day where I'm working a 12 hour day. I eat very healthy. Quinoa, small serving of fruits and veggies daily, egg whites with spinach for breakfast, in a pinch breakfast shake. brown rice and vegan meat replacements for lunch, salad with balsamic vinegar, I keep my calories between 1400- 1800 daily.
Exercise, I can't run or jog because of my heart condition but I have an elliptical and I try to do 3 one hour cardio session and 15-20 mins of weights 3x per week.
The problem is that my shifts aren't regular. I will get my schedule on a Thursday and every week it's different. And it changes BTW day and night shifts. So there's no way to have a consistent schedule. And I have to plan my workouts around it. And they don't schedule my days of work all together.
up until 2 months ago, I was using green bean coffee extract and raspberry ketones, which combined with my workouts was absolutely working. And it even seemed to compensate for the days that I couldn't workout. But I stopped using them about two months ago and now I can't seem to keep the weight at bay. And despite eating insanely healthy, I am either fluctuating between gaining and a standstill. I can't eat healthier than I already am. and It's really starting to piss me off watching girls in bikini's eating ice cream and hot dogs and bbq's and not being able to indulge even a little without mega backlash and when I do maintain my stict eating regimen I still can't lose weight! I'm 5'7 and 28 years old and 165lbs.
I was thinking of going back on the supplements but i didn't want to be dependent on them and I didn't want to spend a hundred bucks a month on supplements. But I don't see any other way around it. The problem I did notice was that when I was on them for about 4 months, progressively I had low sugar issues and muscle recovery issues. So now being off them, I feel like my strength training has vastly imporved but I'm desperate to lose weight and the inches are starting to creep back onto my disgusting fat stomach! Ugh!
I basically set it that if by the end of July I can't start dropping more weight that I have no choice but to hit the supplements again but I'm looking for a way around that. Advice anyone?

It's all in your head that the supplements were doing anything. Your workouts and diet were causing the weight loss and the supplements were causing weight loss in your wallet. Neither one of those Dr Oz promoted things does anything. Instead of concentrating on losing weight, try working on building some muscle and getting that bikini shape. It isn't all about weighing the least on the scale to look good.0
