Gaining weight

I started counting calories and exercising the past 4 or 5 days because I gained the freshmen 15 at college and I've noticed that I actually gained 2 or 3 pounds. I started the 30 day shred and walking a mile a day. I was just wondering why I gained weight? I don't remember ever gaining weight in the past when I tried to lose weight.

You shouldn't just go by the scale. When I did the 30 Day Shred and started running, my weight went up as well, but I was losing inches....so now I weigh myself and I measure myself with a measuring tape.0

LOL and then the disappointment sets in ....0 -
five days??? LOL ..give it four to six weeks and see how it goes....takes your body four weeks to adjust to any change and then about another two for them to become visible..
patience grasshopper...0 -
