Hello!! I am Kendall!!
Been counting calories for 7 days now
Felt Iike I plateaud with weight loss from just EXCERSISE and healthy eating now I'm wanting to like really pay attention and moderate my intake
Just worried I'm not entering things in correctly
Like fruits and veggies and serving sizes that u can't scan in
I just need any type of tip on getting accurate calorie amounts
What I actually eat and what I put in the app I want to be the same
???

Get a food scale. Seriously, that's going to be the only way to ensure accuracy for things that you can't scan in. And honestly you should be weighing things you can scan in because serving sizes in cups/tablespoons/teaspoons aren't going to be as accurate as weight. You can get a decent food scale on Amazon for about $12.1
