    Nope. No ridiculous fad diets. You don't need a jump start. Just start logging - work on habits you can continue for the long run. Start with a solid foundation and build from there. You wouldn't start building a house on top of legos - don't start your weighloss on top of a unnecessary and potentially dangerous foundation.
