No processed foods or sugar.

Well I'm back. Through my illness, medication and disability, I've put on 5 stone over 3yrs. Got to point where it was making me feel like dying. So I took control and decided to cut out all processed foods and sugars. I eat raw sugars and foods. It's been 3 weeks now. I feel so much better. The first week was sooooooo hard, but I stuck to it. Once I got into the 2nd week, the cravings stopped. I haven't weighed myself yet. Going to do that next week. I used to weigh myself every day/week. But not anymore. So will keep you posted on how things go
