Feeling Great

I have just begun my journey. I am already happy with the results I'm seeing. I have not lost much but a few pounds, but my stomach is significantly a lot less bloated already. I have stopped drinking soda and started drinking water all the time. My body thanks me for that already. The best results I have so far is how fast tracking my food has really changed my way of thinking. I have never counted calories in my life, until now and it is a real eye opening experience to me. I have cut back on portions and I actually think before I just eat now. I love MFP it is so easy, and helps me hold myself accountable for my food choices. I am learning how to tell when I am actually hungry, thirsty, or just have a craving for something. Seems like I should have already known this but amazingly I went this far through life not listening to my body.

    Agreed! It's also funny how different your tastes change. I'm eating more things that I used to eat since eating less sweet things
