Does anyone else notice their clothes fitting better , maybe even getting bigger, tho the scale is saying," Nope , you have gained 5 lbs"
Does anyone else see this ???
I have noticed water retention, which is odd, cause I am not eating much salt.
Hm....

could your scale need new batteries?
editted to to add: if you want, you can also take measurements and track your progress that way0 -
You could have fat loss and muscle gains at the same time depending on what you are doing. I went through this very thing for almost a year. Definitely take measurements like @thiosulfate suggested! I dropped three sizes in that year with very little weight loss!1

I think of that as the best possible result you can have. To have more mass in less space means more lean mass - bones are heavier, muscles are dense and heavy, compared to fluffy fat and light bones.
If you are measuring in inches or cm, I would trust "getting smaller" much more than "getting lighter".
For me water retention = bloating so I don't get smaller when that happens, but yes water is Very Heavy and can cause big swings in weight; one gallon of water weighs about 8lb.1
