My favorite are turkey stuffed peppers. This recipe calls for green peppers, but I like red, yellow, and orange. The only change I make is to cook the turkey/tomato/rice mixture longer (if you're using regular brown rice, not minute rice) as it really takes much longer for the rice to soften up. Enjoy!!

Hungry girl's Unique Greek Turkey Burgers are awesome, too! Just DON'T use two egg whites. One is plenty, and two just makes it super sloppy.

Not sure where you're located but I use Larry's sauce which is healthy and awesome tasting. I throw in some beans and browned ground turkey for the fastest chili going. Everyone loves it, too so no cooking two dinners.
  • Add taco seasonings and a can of mexican corn and a jar of salsa. Put some shredded cheese on top. It's great and everyone loves it. It's called Turkey taco skillet, I think.

Like several others, I just replace ground beef with ground turkey. I prefer 93/7 to the 99% - 30 more cals per 4ozs, but I think the extra flavor and moisture are worth it, especially for burgers.
