Joints popping during weightlifting?

Hello hello,
I have this weird thing. Alot of the time when im weight training i feel like theres air pockets in my joints. My knees, shoulders, and elbows are always popping or need to be popped. Then i do side raises for my shoulder, my shoulders crackle alot. Leg presses make my knees pop. And when im bench pressing i feel air pressure in my elbow, i end up having to put the weight down and put my arms straight to pop my elbow. It only happens when I exercise. I dont crack these joints normally, i only crack my toes and fingers. Does anyone else get this? Its not painful but its annoying.

    My shoulders also crack a lot for shoulder raises. Not painful. Not sure what causes it.

    make sure you are taking enough time to warm up and do some mobility stuff. my joints pop until they are warmed up.

    This. I do dynamic stretches (arm and leg swings, hip and neck rotations, trunk swings, etc) before lifting and found that helps with my joints popping.
