I just wanted to share with everyone that since I started MFP last month I lost one inch off my waist and a half of an inch from my hips. It's not a huge difference, or a big success story, but it's important to ME. :D I am so happy to be finally seeing some results.

    I just measured my waist again first thing this morning, since yesterday it was after I ate and everything, and it turned out that I even lost more. My waist is 29.5 instead of 31. I am SO EXCITED!!!:happy:
